Open the trainer, press Start Practice, listen to the computer audio, then speak when the Recording indicator turns red. You’ll see instant scoring and progress saves automatically.

What’s the difference between Words and Sentences mode?

Words mode trains single words in 3 groups (computer speaks 3x, you answer 3x). Sentences mode runs 5 rounds for rhythm.

Can I use Bluetooth earphones?

Yes. If your headset forces call mode, switch microphone input in Settings.

Controls & Modes

Word List — browse all items and track mastered ones.

Scoring & Progress

Your voice is compared to the target phrase. Perfect averages show in green and unlock mastery.

Mastery: Perfect Words (3 groups ×100%) or perfect Sentences (5 rounds ×100%).

Bluetooth & Mic Setup

Some headphones trigger low-quality call mode. If audio cuts or sounds compressed:

Switch input mic to phone mic.
Keep the phone 6–12 inches from your mouth.

Tips for Better Scores

Start speaking only when Recording turns red.
Pronounce endings clearly (important in German).
Reduce background noise.

Troubleshooting

No audio? Check system volume and tab permissions.
Mic blocked? Re-enable permissions and reload.
Bluetooth issues? Use the phone mic option.

Your progress is stored locally. Audio is sent only for scoring and never used for identification.
